The ones that are already out are:
Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Georgie, Conneticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, South CArolina, New Hapshire, Virginia, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Vermont, Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio, Louisianna, Indiana, Mississippi, Illinois, Alabama, Main, Missouri, Arkansas, Michigan, Florida, Texas, Iowa, Wisconsin, California, Minnesota, Oregon, Kansas, West Virginia, Nevada, Nebraska, Colorado

Later this year: North Dakota, South Dakota
2007 - Montana, Washington, Idaho, Wyoming, Utah
2008 - Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, Alaska, Hawaii

I'm not sure what you mean by each states "mint."
Each of the quarters had a picture that represents the state along with the year it was founded and the state capital.

the quarters that have ben made so far are correct in the other post.

the state "mints" are the places the coins are made.
the U.S uses several facilities for manufacturing coins and currancy,

for coins they use the facilities in...
Philidelphia with the mint mark "P"
Denver with the mint mark "D"
San Fransisco with the mint make "S"
and West Point with the mint mark "W"

the Philidelphia and Denver sites are mainly used for the coins you see in circulation but also make the un-circulated set avalible from www.usmint.gov

San Fransisco makes the proof sets and other specialty coins

West Point also makes specialty coins

now the government as used other facilities but they are no longer in production
