You're wrong if you think Cheney or Rumsfeld or Dr. Rice can't be impeached.
They can.

Bush made his mistakes, as Clinton did, but impeaching bush we be catastrophic for this county, much like is was when we impeached bush. while the loyal opposition may have had deeply rooted ideological difference with both men, the American people need to realize that if we impeach ever president we have it will slow the government down more the it already is. the opposition is ALWAYS going to disagree with the presidents policies, so we the case for impeachment will be able to be made with any president. both sides of the aisle are equally corrupt. WE AS AMERICANS NEED TO UNDERSTAND THAT BOTH PARTIES ARE ESSENTIAL THE SAME. THEY ARE FINANCED BY THE SAME PEOPLE! THEY ONLY ARGUE OVER THING THAT HAVE VERY LITTLE TO DO WITH US PRESERVING THE NATION! IMPEACHMENT IS ONE MORE DISTRACTION TO AVOID DISCUSSING REAL ISSUES!

Rumsfeld can't be impeached. For the moment, there is dissent among certain Republicans because they disagree with Bush, not because of any impending impeachment.

Nope. Even with impeachment they would stay in office. I believe Clinton was impeached was he not? Removing the president or members of his staff is a much longer process than impeachment, sorry.

The elections will be here before you know it. Many Democrats and Republicans are trying to get momentum so they can get the next presidential bid. When it comes to war time, not many people know the law and it causes confusion among those uneducated. Republicans are so much more in the spotlight now because we have an outgoing republican Pres. Sorry folks, no impeachment in this office at this time.

Republicans are sinking into the cry of "Abandon Ship". All throughout the administration theire stance with the Prez has been loyal. But now that the issue of laws being broken are apparent, then his days as chief of the nation is no longer held dear by his party loyal in the senate.

Republicans are gonna lose bad this election season, they're just scrambling like chickens with their heads cut off.

I am a Republican but not straight across the board. I'm not abandoning Bush because of impeachment, but because I honestly have no idea what the hell he is thinking half the time. I'm really loosing faith in him.

No...unlike the democrat party, the republicans actually have brains and think for themselves. They don't follow their leader blindly, therefore some of them disagree with Bush's policy every now and then. It's called democracy.

Cheney and Rumsfeld cannot be impeached. Nor can Bush. Your wishful thinking is making you lose sight of reality.

Nope, it is all about the upcoming election. As Bush's approval rating goes up, which it will do in the next few weeks, you will see less of it.

Yes. Rats generally DO leap off a sinking ship, even if it's far out at sea. [NOT to compare them to rats, oh no! Never!]
