the Panthers. I thought the Vikings were going to be great this year but, I watched them struggle to get 16 points Monday night against, a team that seemed to want to lose, as bad as, the Vikings wanted to win. Steve Smith probably wont play but keyshawn Johnson is playlng good so, I think the Panthers can get by without Him.

Without a healthy Steve Smith playing, the Vikings should look a lot better than they did last year against Carolina.
However, Carolina is a much better team than the one that got torched by Atlanta last week. They'll be looking for redemption.
The Vikings O-line and Panthers D-line should be an interesting matchup, but I think Minnesota's D-line can handle Carolina's O-line.
Final: Minnesota wins 20-17 on a Longwell field goal

Panthers will have trouble without Steve Smith, and if he plays, he won't be at 100%.
Vikings are looking dangerous under Brad Johnson.
I think Vikings, but I would put my money on the Panthers D.

A panther will always defeat eleven guys wearing only helmets and no pads on their arms.
Mark it down. The panther mauls the Vikings.

Dan Morgan and steve smith are both out. their stating gaurd is also out for the season. I would go with the vikings. that offense is impressive and chestor tayler is extremely underrated.
