Those boxes with Xes are images that are not downloading. It may be that your processor or your connection is too slow to accommodate them -- you may not have enough bandwidth, especially if you are surfing with a telephone modem.

Either the website you are viewing has the links to the pictures wrong; or your computer is set to NOT show pictures in websites.
In this window, at the top, click Tools>Internet Options>Advanced.
Scroll down...down, check Show Pictures, click APPLY, click OK.
Close all IE windows and restart IE.

You are not listing your graphics right, or you didn't upload your graphics to the server, or your site is in yahoo, you have to get the full url of the graphic and put it in between the quotes on the graphic tag in html.

It has to do with the picture. right click and then click show picture.
