Additional details would be of great assistance.
Though, I guess I could relate somewhat.
I get that too sometimes. I mean don't people know it's rude to stare?! It gets worse when the staring just persists to the point where it's uncomfortable.
Usually, I do the same thing back ~~> by staring them back in the eye. That helps... mostly ^_^

MAYBE THEY THINK YOU ARE PRETTY OR CUTE OR A NICE PERSON THEY WANT TO GET TO KNOW OR THAT YOU LOOK REALLY SMART OR MAYBE THEY ARE NOT REALLY LOOKING AT YOU JUST STARING INTO SPACE. I WOULD NOT BE OFFENDED. JUST SMILE AND GO ON LISTENING TO THE TEACHER. THAT IS WHY YOU ARE IN CLASS

Maybe you are very attractive!! Look in the mirror. Maybe you'll see what THEY see. But you know what I think?? I think maybe you are a very nice person,with a good personality...that's even better than physical beauty. If you are all of this,that is very good,indeed.

I think we need a bit more information. Do you wear odd clothes? Do you smell? Do you do odd antisocial behaviours? Are you incredibly beautiful and they can't take their eyes off you ? We definitely need more information here to be of any help.
