Are attractive. A lady at my job got breast implants. She was a 34 at first and now they are about 44, no joke. Why would someone want their breast that big. She looks like she will fall when she bends over they are so big. I think it is unattractive when they are that large.

A big chest is attractive only if it suits the form figure, say if you have big ones, you should be very voluptuous and they should be natural.
Personally, I think the bigger they are, the more back pains you get. But most guys's brain sizes get smaller as the breasts they see get bigger (most guys but not all). So women will get them and say it's for themselves but truly, it's to see their reflection through other people's appreciative eyes. But self esteem can take years of expensive therapies so a surgery is faster. But to each its cup of tea and whatever makes someone happy...For myself, I think a B cup is ideal.

She probably has the same problem as a lot of other people. Normally when someone gets a piercing or tattoo, they get addicted and want more! She is like many other women who get implants. First they go pretty big, but a few years later they want them bigger. It's addicting. Like a drug. I wouldn't doubt her getting them done again in the future! Watch out!

The size of your breasts is not measured by the number, it's measured by your cup size. The number is simply how big you are around, but it's the cup size -- A, B, C, D, etc -- that determines how big they are, and that's what increases when you get implants.

34 and 44 are the band sizes, not the actual breast size.
A, B, C, D etc. are cup sizes... the size of the breats themselves, so I don't understand how big you're talking about

Whats a 44? Like a 44DDD? Or something, too big too nasty. A B or C is pretty hot. And they better be in good shape

For us large chested women who were born that way, They can be a blessing and a curse. Especially after having a baby. Mine have only gotten larger and there is not much I can do about it besides surg. that is not an option

Speaking from a guys point of view... I don't care what size they are, as long as they are real.
For the life of me, why women waste all that money on fake boobs is beyond me.
They look fake, they feel fake...and when you are 80, they will be down to your ankles....
