Partly scattered light during the day with increasing darkness toward the evening hours. Seasonably cold weather with a chance of snow flurries through out the season.
Slight chance of a warming trend toward the spring equinox.

Cold with snow flurries all through the winter....I memo that as a child...but Christmas was so nice with snow and of course Santa Claus and Aunt Clara fixing lefse and lutefisk dinner....

Looks like equal chances of being wet or dry at this point (they don't see enough indicators to say wet/dry at this point), and better chances of being a warm winter.

theres an el nino happening= warm & dry 4 midwest.

Farmer's Almanac says lots of snow this year. I don't think it's going to be very cold, though, since the woolly caterpillars aren't very woolly.
