First, choose the right parents. Genetics plays a huge role in determining how big and strong you can ever become. Secondly, don't worry about it - even if you were to become the "strongest man alive", you would not hold that title for more than a few weeks before someone bigger and stronger would take it away from you. That's the world of competitve sports, dude - deal with it.

pound for pound or over all the strongest man on earth period?? genetically blessed people have the best chance when it comes to strength competitions, ask yourself if you are in the 99% of the strongest people your age? if you are there is a chance with good diet and a relentless drive to be strong not BIG, there is a difference. It is possible to reach your goal. you will need to train with a trainer that knows his stuff not a personal trainer that's there to pickup the chicks so choose him carefully. there are other questions that you need to ask, is it worth the risk to take steroids HGH, hope this helps strong minds makes strong bodies.

Check out ESPN and see the Worldest Strongest Man competitions. There are competitions all over the world where men have to lift cement barrels, roll huge tires, pull trucks, etc.
Click on this ESPN website for the listings:

Ask yourself first if you have the physique and mental attributes for you to be the strongest man alive. If you have it . . . then by all means go for it !!! Yeah ! first check on yahoo!search for "strongest man" and read something about how to become it. Basically, it's about discipline on dieting, proper training on body-building, and resting to let your body appreciate what you are doing. Do it man if you got what it takes ! Serious advise for your serious question.

first of all- NOT STEROIDS!! secondly, i think maybe getting a trainer or working with someone at the gym will help. but dont over do it. start little and work your way up. eat right!exercise but give your musclues time to rest too, because you dont want to over work 'em. drink water, stay hydrated. do try to lift weights and stuff thats too heavy, start light and gradually increase the weight. But i also think you should get help from someone who is a pro and knows exactly what do do to help you reach your goal!

Doug Hepburn did it, by a combination of diet, exercise, training and mental discipline. The interesting thing was that Doug was a polio victim who had a withered leg that made him the butt of jokes when he was going to school. It was overcoming that 'weakness' that set him on the path to power body building.
