If you are 14 or older you may start lifting weights to build up muscles. This will allow you to gain weight as muscle weighs more than fat. Make sure you eat protein with every meal and consume more calories per day (3500 calories = 1 pound).

Ensure. There is one for weight gain. there are about 350 calories in it. Drink 3 times a day. Used it after my surgery to gain and it worked pretty good. Milk shakes are good to for weight gain.

I am 4'8" and I am at my heaviest ever because of meds., but if you really want to gain weight eat lots of cookies, cakes and anything else that you can think of that most of the rest of us can't touch! Make sure what ever you do, be healthy about it!

Your weight is fine for your height. If you're truly worried, just start eating a proper diet and you'll be fine, no gain no loss.
