I need help I can't keep on weight that good I need advice?

If you are 14 or older you may start lifting weights to build up muscles. This will allow you to gain weight as muscle weighs more than fat. Make sure you eat protein with every meal and consume more calories per day (3500 calories = 1 pound).

you're only 14, you're still growing, just eat regular, you don't want to overeat and be obese.
