I need help I can't keep on weight that good I need advice?

If you are 14 or older you may start lifting weights to build up muscles. This will allow you to gain weight as muscle weighs more than fat. Make sure you eat protein with every meal and consume more calories per day (3500 calories = 1 pound).

don't know how old you are but as you get older you will gain some weight as your metabolism slows down. there are high protean drinks available that will help put weight on. check with the family doctor for other suggestions

have a carnation instant breakfast shake with meals.

don't eat unhealthy foods just because they're full of fat, either.

I was like you for years - couldn't gain weight to save me.. until I reached 30 and had another baby! lol
now I'm trying to lose weight!!

discuss this with your doctor, too.. just to make sure there isn't something medically wrong with you.

stay thaat skinny. you will be over weight if you go any futher w/ it.
