HOW can I block these annoying e-mails from foreigners, wanting something: w/ "HI" in the subject line?!

I have at least 2 a day in my box, and SPAM every one of them!!

In your e-mail filter, include the word "HI" and variants in the "treat as junk" department

don't give your email to some sites, do this
open another email, use it as junk email while your private one use only for personal
