There are several options:
1) Get a USB/Serial cable, connect the two pc's, and then use the files and settings transfer wizard.
2) Connect the two computers via a network, and then use file sharing.
3) Use an external USB/Firewire drive.
4) Burn files to a CD or save them on a floppy disk

Burn them to CD or DVD...
Copy them to a USB jump drive...
Buy a hard drive enclosure to put your hard drive into and then plug the enclosure into a USB port on his computer...
Network the two computers together with a USB cable or a crossover network cable...
Email them for one computer to another...
Use one of the free file transfer sites to upload from one computer and download to the other...

Why not just have him burn them to disc and take them home?
Networking the pc's is best if you can't do that. You can also purchase an external usb drive and put them on there. That is the BEST solution.

Or spend $40 on a HDD enclosure, put your HD inside, and plug it into his USB.
