When a 14 yr old is raped by a man it is HIS fault!!!!!!!! If you are the 14 yr old girl, DO NOT think it is your fault, for what ever reason! I have been raped 3 times. The first one was when I was 14. If you tried to fight him, its still his fault. If you were in the wrong place at the wrong time, its still his fault. NO MATTER WHAT, it is his fault. You are a young girl. 14 yrs old, you technically are not even an adult. Do not let this P.O.S. in any way make you think that this is your fault! I do not care who this guy is, whether he knows you or not, he knows better! Please do not think its your fault. I know it is hard to do but its not your fault! I went threw 15 years of my life being screwed up because I thought that same very thing. I know counseling does not sound fun. I put it off for yrs. I thought I could just block everything out. YOU CANNOT! If you try to do that believe me it will catch up to you some how. Drugs, future relationships, trouble w/ the law, fear of men. Please, I do not know you, but I can tell you this is that stupid stupid mans fault & dont you forget that, the best of luck to You!

I am going to have to say it is the man's fault. If it were an adult woman and a young boy then it would be the woman's fault. I have no idea why you asked this question. Hopefully, this hasn't happened to you. If you are trying to poke fun at this very serious topic, then maybe you should spend more time in sensitivity training. Rape is a serious crime that can scar a person for life and can tear apart families.

A fourteen year old is a CHILD. An adult male is supposed to have SELF CONTROL and be decent to children. Of course the man is DEFINITELY at fault. The rape should be reported to the police, so hopefully this jerk doesn't harm anymore children. Also the girl absolutely needs to get rape counseling, as she's been terribly TRAUMATIZED!

The adults responsibility. Generally a 14 year old would not have the mental and emotional faculties to fully understand the repercussions of their actions. The adult would also be in a position of power over the 14 year old, not allowing the person to truly make their own decision, even if they believed that they were acting on their own impulses.

It is the man's fault. Just for argument sake even if the gurl wants it badly becoz he's an adult he is expected to act as one, it is statutory rape to have sex with a minor. And it is still rape even if the world is upside down.

"rape"is unwilling party being forcefully penetrated by male counterpart.as an adult,he should not perform this act of penetration to anyone, let alone we are talking about a 14 years old girl.dun question who is wrong in this instance as the answer is clearly the adult.if you are the victim, please report to police.get the rapist punished by law before he goes on to victimise other young girls or old woman.

The man's. He is the adult, the 14 year old is the child. However, it's very common for sexual abuse survivors to feel guilty, as if it is their fault it happened to them and they could have done something to prevent it.
But really, was it necessary to ask this question?
