Tomorrow i have a 2 mile race, which starts 2 and a half hours after i wake up. What should i eat?

have an early light breakfast, toast and cereals. and hydrate!!!

This is short and fast race. Lighter stomach the better. Eat anything soft, yeah like a banana or any high-calorie fruit for the energy you need to run a short race.

Amazing, my daughter is running a 1.9 mile in the morning.
When she gets up, she'll have a yogurt, and a bananna. an hour before, a MetRx bar for energy/protein.
Good Luck! Don't eat too much- cramps....:(

I usually have toast with peanut butter and sliced bananas on top 1/2 hr before my morning runs. Works well.

eat a big plate of spaghetti tonight(for carbs) and a bowl of cereal in the morning because thats one of the best things you can have before a race

Well Gaaawwwwwwwwwwwly....a stack of pancakes ,low fat sausage,cheddar omelet,home fries,whole wheat toast,2 slices and/or pepperidge farm english muffin with Smart Balance buttery spread and a cup of coffee with light cream and one half teaspoon of sugar. That should get you goin with calories to burn on your run Oh and a bowl of Cherrios with low fat milk and one half teaspoon of sugar. lol
