I have this guy friend. We are really close and all. We talk on the phone for over three hours about everything. I think I am starting to have feelings for him because I can't get him out of my mind, it's driving me nuts. How can you tell if a guy likes you, or you're just really close friends?? Serious answers only.

He tells me that he misses me and that he cares and stuff.
And he doesn't get mad at me when I make fun of him, he laughs back.
And when i'm tired and we're on the phone, I sound careless,
and he said it was a stab in the heart.
Is it just my imagination playing tricks on me?

well theres a high possibility that he also likes you
youre not playing tricks on your mind
otherwise why waste your time talking to him on the phone for over three hours?
well its really normal to fall for him if you do understand one another and you can laugh about it
but dont put too much thinking in it
i also have a friend, in fact a stranger, we text each other everyday and he laughs at my jokes, he know a lot about me
i thought once i like him but now i just got carried away because of the fantastic connection we have on the phone
cause in real situations we really cant jive with one another before you get confused try hanging out with him if you still feel the same way
then hey youre on youre way to romantic infatuation then if it blossoms it can end up in love

In my 20's I had a relationship like that.
Male best friend, spent hours talking about everything and anything, went out together to movies, dinner, walked down the street holding hands, did all those silly things that you do when you first start dating someone, apart from kissing and the rest.
Turned out he was gay!!!
He is still my best friend and we still do these things and I am now 40.

No, the guy is definitely thinking about you too? Think about people he knows, girls specifically...any ones that he's as close to as he is to you? Then girl, you're the one on his mind as well! It's totally natural, just go with the flow of things. Give little hints. You definitely like this guy even if mentally you're not all the way there yet, but it sounds like your heart is. Good luck with this guy! He sounds like a keeper...

well three hours is a very long time to be on the phone, your ears probably hurt. But if you really think about it guys don't really like to talk that long. So that's a sign that he actually cares, don't you think?

You don't know wherever he loved you or not so what you can do is just stop phone called and avoid him just for one or two day then see if he come & talk to you or see if he has some feeling of you as you meet him. From this point you may notify wherever he loved you or not.

he likes you but he is shy. guys have difficult time sharing there feelings for those they truly like. Guys are more afraid of rejction then girls are. He is dropping hints and trying to figure out if he is in the friendzone or if this might lead to something.

NO he's definitely into you. a guy wouldn't spend all his time with one girl if he wasn't interested. maybe you should make the first move. he probably thinks that he would offend you if he made a move. if you don't wanna make the first move you should let him kno or show him it's ok.

Just ask if maybe you are falling for each other...Mention it. If he backs off, ease up and move on. It will give him time to think about it. He'll let you know.
