To all questions:
Some people do have precognitive or prophetic dreams. I have had them all my life and was told by my Christian church it was just coincidence and to research it further would only lead to bad things. I am now older and wiser (and no longer devout to any one religion-although I have found the peace I seek)and now know that I have been given a gift. If you have these dreams (which are unlike most other dreams-you can tell the difference if you are truly having them) try to write down what you remember as soon as you wake up. They fade quickly.
Out of body question- It's actually quite common, but people have been scared by their religion not to talk about such things. Most don't quite know what's happening to them. Many times it is just dreaming or sleep deprivation, or other sleep disorders. Yet out of body experiences do happen and some have learned to control them. Knowledge is power.
Adam and Eve question- You say you are not Christian, yet you are believing their idea of creation. I am not saying that it is not possible, however, the thousand other religions in this world have their own theories as well. Science says we evolved from apes just as elephants have evolved from mastadons. (again, another theory)
I think overall, you would benefit from reading Sylvia Browne's book "Adventures of a Psychic" She covers a lot of areas you are questioning, with her own life's experiences. She is gnostic Christian (even though most christians don't approve of her). She has been given a gift and uses it to help others who are as lost as you seem to be.
Don't take just one view to be the only way, though. Research. Find what your heart tells you is the truth. Something will give you the peace you seek.
