What city and state are you from saragreen?
As another alternate, if time allows (say 3 to 4 weeks for delivery) would you consider ordering from a website?
There are several sites that offer sarongs, or as the local islanders call them, "pareo's" (the Tahitian equivalent to the word "sarong").
Let me know and I'll dig up some sources for you.

Stores that sell clothing and crafts from India usually have sarongs. I've never been to Hawaii, and I have a few sarongs!

You can get a sorong at almost any place that sells swimsuits. They are quite pretty, aren`t they? Try Target on J.C. Penny.
