to find out go to http://www.reversephonedirectory.com/, if its listed it will tell you, if its a cell number it will only tell you the carrier, if its unlisted it will tell you the provider

*69 and if that doesnt work you can push *57 and then call your phone company and they will tell you who it was whe your bill comes in.im not sure about cell phones i dont think there is a way to find out besides *69.

well if u look ir up on yahoo on the search bar (put the area code and the hyphens),If its a house number, itll tell you who the # is registered to.
