What cologne can i buy at a retail store, that does not cost a lot, and has an extremely strong smell.. and that smell lastes for a long time?

Oooohh. I hope you aren't planning to actually WEAR it!!? Well, here's a suggestion. Big bottles. Cheap price. That will do it every time.
(please don't wear the cheap stuff....ewww...gag...)

The best way to make a fragrance last is to layer it. Start with the soap or wash, then lotion, then the perfume.
As far as a "strong" perfume, you really need to try many different ones to find on that smells good on you. Ask for samples and try until you find one you like. As far a cost, the best fragrances are not cheap and you don't want to smell like air freshener.You need to decide what you mean by strong. There are different types of scent like; Green, Woodsy, Oriental, Citrus, Floral. Find a scent you like, then go to a Beauty Supply store or Ulta to buy at a discount. EBay is a good choice too.

you'll drive more people away with a cologne that lasts cause it smells too strong when you first put it on. Men with super strong cologne send me running away from them. What are you trying to cover up?

Please don't go for just strong and cheap. Subtle is always more attractive than, whew, way too much cologne baby!!
Some deodorants have wonderful smell and same with body wash.

Have you tried Ezra Fitch from abercrombie and fitch. Its $80 but it smells delicious!
