I'm thinking about putting one more hole in each ear, yet I just don't know where the best spot for them are? What would you suggest looks more appealing?

I have none.
I am told it is safer to put piercings in the fleshy part of the ear lobe to avoid problems with scaring and reactions that can happen when one pierces cartledge.
I like it when there is a dangling earing and then perhaps one or two studs in the lobe.
I also like it when it is has a little chain or ear clip that goes up to a higher piercing but I would avoid that.
And Also one should probably avoid the auricular accupuncture points. I know a girl who has her ear pierced in the upper part of the ear which I think can look really cool on the outer edge but she now has knee problems. Luckily she is not having a reaction.
if you have a reaction up in the cartledge it can be expensive and painful to fix -- and permenently look bad too. I have a male friend who is going through this now and had to have the peice removed and go on antibiotics.
I don't like it when the little inner part is pierced.

I have 5 all together, 3 in one ear and 2 in the other. If you have short hair, then anywhere on your ear because they will be always be seen. Do you have long hair but put it behind your ear? The least painful is the lobe, but remember, the pain doesn't last forever.
I would like to get one or two more piercings but don't know where yet.

I have one in each ear, but I'm about to get two more, one right on top of the other, on the first one. I think it looks cute personally, just one would be just as pretty, and not trashy looking. My sister got the top of her ear pierced, and it's done nothing but give her, and everyone else I know who had it done, fits, so I wouldn't recommend that.

I have 11, although I only use 9. I have 3 in a row on the bottom of my lobe and I like to wear small hoops going from large to small. I also have 1 on the top of my left ear. In my right I have one on the top as well and also in the middle (which is my favorite).
It is okay to get as many as you like, just make sure when you get them clean and sterile needles are used.
Also, when you do get them you risk destroying pressure points. Which isn't a big deal if unless you get accupuncture.

I have 7 ear piercings, three each in my lower ears and one in my upper cartilage.
I like lower ear piercigs quite close together. they look very pretty, in my opinion.

My favorite is inside the ear, one of the folds, not the part before your earhole. It laid flat and never bothered me to sleep on.
