Are you able to place these files in your trash bin?
If so, do that and then delete the contents of your trash.
Hope that helps...
How did they get in recovery? Are they files pertinent to the operation of your system? Be careful what you remove.. If you are unsure, call the Geek Squad or the like...

you need to boot start this up for windows to unlock the recovery
right click my computer icon ,click on properties
look at the bottom box ,system & recovery
click on the settings tab there, then click on ,the
edit tab is notpade will open , remove the all the tex in the notepad
then close off the notepad,, by clicking on the
red , X top right a save box will pop up click on yes,then click on ok , then click on
apply & ok now your have to reset the pc
when the pc reload up back to the desktop windows will re-set the recovery notepad
and you when that is done you can access the recovery for your files

Just shut down your computer then turn on after few minutes it will automatically remove files once you shut down.

go to start and run cookies and files and then drag them to delete and it well probilty work
