I too love Tim Burton! I have all his movies, and here's the list:

Pee-Wee's Big Adventure
Beetlejuice
Batman
Edward Scissorhands (based on his story, also)
Batman Returns
Nightmare Before Christmas (based on his story, but he didn't direct it; only produced)
Batman Forever (only produced)
Ed Wood
James and the Giant Peach (character design and production)
Mars Attacks!
Planet of the Apes
Sleepy Hollow
Big Fish
Charlie and the Chocolate Factory
Corpse Bride

He's currently working on Sweeny Todd starring Johnny Depp, as well.

Yes, see Mars Attacks ! it is one of the funniest movies ever. Big Fish was an absolutely amazing movie. Beetlejuice is also way too funny. Batman (the first one) was the best interpretation of Batman so far. Ed Wood was pretty good as well.
