Sarah Michelle Gellar did it in an early episode of Buffy. Xander got knocked out by a vamp & she rescued him by hiking him over her shoulder & running for it.Never wanted to be xander as much in my whole life! SMG can rescue me anytime!

it's a toss up, lynda carter (wonder woman) she lifted many man most notably steve trevor, or lucy lawless (xena warrior princess) she also lifted many men!.............alas it's all a film trick, as usual it's in the editing and stunt work.
