If Sir would care to make a reservation at Milliways, the Restaurant at the End of the Universe, Sir will hear through our piped music every radio station that has ever broadcast at any time since Mr Marconi made the first radio.
Sir will be given a Babel fish which is placed in the ear so that Sir can tune in to any particular broadcast thus obtaining any time from any time in history that Sir so wishes.
