The Incredible Hulk and Superman, because the Superman is pretty much invincible and the Hulk just get madder ,and stronger each time he gets hit.

I would have to say batman and superman since they are the ultimate example of polar opposites in the superhero world. Its like brains vs brawn, human vs alien, mortal vs immortal and so on and so forth!

Vegeta (Dragonball/z/gt) VS Superman. They're both aliens living on Earth, both have similar powers (flight, strength, speed, near invulnerability), both have had their respective planets blown up. Vegeta would destroy Superman even if we're talking about Vegeta at the power level he had when he first came to Earth!
