prostitution is simply sex + free enterprise, both of which are good things, however in the Continental US there is only one county in NV where it is legal.
as to morality that is between you and the deity of your choice
divorce should also be considered, at which point go to a local bar and troll for sluts, they are cheaper, and sometimes cleaner than prostitutes.

Not always; some prostitutes get upset if you only go only to visit and not have an intimate encounter.
However, if you do decide to go visit a prostitute and she happens to be a Canadian prostitute, don't eat whatever she cooks for you. I've just answered one of your other questions; so, I've already mentioned what happens when you eat what Canadian ladies cook for you: it burns when you relieve yourself on the stove.
If you want to still get rid of your wife somehow, offer her to your mother's boyfriend Herb (the one that wants to make you move out). I'm sure that Herb is desperate, and surely your wife is as well. They can have each other, and you can go roam the streets looking for your prostitute without worrying about morals.

Was she fat when you married? If so, that's not the problem. Did she get fat after having a child or children? If so, she may be over-loaded with those responsibilities, and is neglecting you. Did she just get fat after locking you into Marriage? If so, you aren't communicating with each other, so she has now shut you off, sexually at least. Obviously FAT is the issue here. Have you tried to discuss this with her, which would be a more appropriate venue for this type of question? If it's as bad as you say, and you've been whacking off for 2t years, and she has no interest, do what you need to do. Good luck, and I see Divorce ahead for you. Legally, she can charge you with Adultery, which isn't pleasant in a court of Law.

Only you can decide if it's okay morally to you, and as far as legality goes, the majority of states refuse to call prostitution legal. Why not ask your wife why she refuses? If she doesn't want to sleep with you because she is not too skinny, maybe you could go on a diet with her, to offer her support, and help improve both of your health? Join a gym together, go to counseling, there are a TON of options available before you just let go.

Well, legally its never ok (at least where i live) to visit a prostitute but morally in this case i say its ok and u should probably get a devorce maybe unless u have kids (although u shouldnt have kids if u dont sleep with her)

First of all, if you married your wife for better or worse and she probably gained weight after bearing your child or children or for some medical reason, I think it is absurd to seek outside relations with a prostitute. What if you gained weight or suddenly became ill, would you like it if your wife sought out a gigilo, (male prostitute) Where are your morals? If you no longer love your wife then you should seek a divorce.

No its not ok. If you don't like that your wife is fat then get her a personal trainer and a fitness club membership and give her positive support for a healthy diet. Cheating on someone in a relationship is just plain wrong. Cheating on your wife is also a really good way to get screwed in a divorce case. If you are in a bad marriage then get a divorce and then sleep with who ever you want to after the divorce is settled.

is it ok? well you asked so no it's not hopefully she wasnt already fat when you married her or you seriously have a problem, but if she quit sleeping with you and she's gained weight, then I think I would be taking a look in the mirror buddy, because she ain't happy. at least not with you. And just from you asking such a rediculous question I can believe she has good reason not to have sex with you. if you have such a problem with her weight then divorce her and let her move on to someone who deserves her but I promise with your attitude you better find a good cheap prostitute because thats all you deserve.

In most places in the US it will be illegal, and it is always morally wrong.
If you are having issues with your wife you need to get marriage couseling. Both women and men because of various medical issues lose interest in sex, so medical cause should be looked at also.
