Printer Problems
If the test page prints then the hardware and the connection to the printer are fine and working.
Check to see if the printer will print from different applications.
Try Word, Excel, E-mail, web page to see if it is having problems from one application in particular or if all applications are affected. If one program seems to be affected, check the printer settings (File>Print .. see if it is set to the correct printer).
Check to see if the correct drivers are installed. To do this, go into the printer properties:
Click on Start button
choose Settings
choose Control Panel, then Printers. (You may be able to choose Printers from the settings menu.)
open the Printers folder and right-click on the printer that is not printing.
look to see if the printer model matches the printer you are trying to use
Check all cables and make sure they are connected and secure in there proper location.
