There is a paint program on most computers. I want to cahnge the font and the thing doesn't pop up anymore.

how do I make the thing pop up that i can change the font, size, ect.

I am not sure if you are asking how to start Paint, or how to change the font once in Paint.

To start paint
Start Button > All Programs > Accessories > Paint

To change the Font
Start Paint
Make a text box
Right click in the box
Select Text Toolbar from the bottom of the menu
