there are some types of std's that can be communicable from body fluids.......some ppl have oral std's that are usually seen in the penis/vagina.......some serious std's can be gotten through open sores........herpes is a nasty disease can be gotten if a person is having an outbreak if you don't notice it......you just have to use your head.......the only way to be sure is to abstain or if you can't do that, be very care of the people you are with....get check ups regularly, but if you are promiscuous get them more frequently than that.....also, regular HIV testing........Just remember to be careful and protect yourself....flavored condoms (i know not the same feeling) can stop some of this anxiety. Plus, a life style that involves promiscuity as one of its traits has a higher rate of catching something. be careful sweetie.....

yes you can. because if he has herpes (cold sore) type disease in his mouth, you can get genital herpes from that. most std's are transferred orally (through the mouth) and of course the other way std's can be transferred through sexual intercourse.
