What does a very low serum IGF-1 and a very low testosterone indicate.?

IGF is released from the pituitary and testosterone is released from the gonads once they get stimulated by FSH and LH from the pituitary, combined deficiency of both may suggest partial if not complete pituitary insufficiency.
