Instead of telling her she needs to lose weight, you should both go out walking, working out, etc. Make it part of your routine together.

You could also take up cooking, and make healthier meals.

You can go for the health thing first and maybe ask her to start walking 3 times a week with you or something. After that you will just have to tell her you'd like her to lose some weight so you can buy her some sexy, new clothes so all the other guys will envy you!

I agree with the ideas to help her not hurt her. The other thing too, is if you go shopping park in the farthest spot away. When you have to run to the store purposely walk around more.Slowly weed out the junk food in your or her place and replace it with healthy snacks.

Wow, that ain't easy you might get a black eye. If she's really overweight, maybe try to tell her gently but I really don't think it will work. You might want to buy her a fancy nighty 1 or 2 sizes too small, maybe she'll get the message.

Don't tell her, help her. Try changing you dates to include physical activity, bike riding, walking through the park, a game of basketball. Try to limit food on your dates, instead of McDonald's, try a nice frozen yogurt or frozen fruit. Before you know it, she will be slimmer and healthier because of you.

you can decide to ask her to join you in an excercise program and do it together.

it could be biking together, going to the gym, running, swimming. taking a pilates or yoga class together. tell her you want to be more healthy and strong yourself.

if she asks you why, then tell her the truth. then at least it shows you tried to help her instead of asking her to just do it on her own.

good luck

Is she that over weight that shes in danger or are you embarassed? My opinion is that she is probley aware of how she looks and feels but she may be ahppy with her self and thinks you like her the way she is but thats just my opinion.
