It's a sensitive issue for a lot of people.
I think more discussion would be useful and would lead to more understanding.

I feel that nowadays, the US has become too politically correct. It seems that the only demographic groups that can be talked about freely without negative reprocussions are majority groups. Minorities are at times held up on an altar, and due to this many instances of "reverse discrimination" occur. I feel that we should be able to talk freely about all races, and forget any past grudges that races may have between each other.

It opens a can of worms when you bring it up. People can get easily offended or easily take things the wrong way when it comes to race relations in the U.S.

Go figger. People get offended if you DO discuss it. And then some people get TOO BENT about the past and wanna start fights for what the history of slavery-racism did.

In my opinion, speak your fricken' mind. If a person is going to be offended, then maybe they have some issues that they need to deal with. Who cares if someone is offended? Isn't that life?

i personally don't see a race i just see people from different parts of the world who cares if there skin is a different color every soul is great in the sight of god

It is my personal opinion that no particular race in this country wants dialog with anyone different from them.Just plain ol" ignorance,if you ask me.
