Can someone tell me why when you post an "adult" question on here that you get some freshman or even grade school kid, trying to give you advice on your marriage, divorce, or Grown up stuff? I am truly not trying to be rude but I don't understand. If the question doesn't pertain to you then why are you responding? I don't answer questions about Jessica Simpson or "what you should wear to school on the first day", so what's with this?

People are opinated. Even when they don't know sh!t about the situation. I guess it is something you are going to have to accept if you are going to post questions on here.

There's no age limit on who can respond, so everyone can (and often does) respond -- sometimes without any experience in the issue.

Even so... sometimes the wisdom of youth is insightful, so I try to take the answers "as a whole." Some answers will be insightful and right on, some will be funny or even rude, and some are just plain ridiculous from the lack of knowledge. I'm sure you'll know what's right and what answers to really listen to, right?

HA HA HA !!!!
I love it! Yeah I was reading one the other day and a adult was asking a question. I always read what people answer. Some kids put. I'm only 14 but......
I sit here and laughed! I'm 34 and there are some questions I read and I have no input. SO I don't answer. I guess some people just know everything!!!
haha

Yeah, I never posted any type of questions about marriage, because I don't need younger people telling me how I should do things. I do think though they should be here, but shouldn't answer adult related Q's

Instead of being truly concerned and trying to help, they are just being selfish by getting two points to give you "advice" that couldn't possibly help you!
They are being RUDE! As I've seen many on this site!
I only answer question I have knowledge of and actually try and help people!

Even though I'm a kid I get what you're saying. Kids shouldn;t answer the kind of questions you mentioned it's just obnoxious. But you know, there are some questions that can be for kids (the kind i answer!).

This is actually a good question. I like your way of thinking and you are right, logically speaking. I agree that we should not answer questions which does not apply to us through our own experience.

I also answer questions that does not apply to my life. Why would I do that? Because its fun. Your opinion counts wherever you go in America. However, we should remember that opinion does not always constitute facts. So, just take it as you like.

When I was a teenager (around the time dinosaurs roamed the earth) , I knew everything, had all the answers, and was always right.
I must be losing brain cells, I now know very little, don't always have the answer, and am frequently wrong...

Because options are like buttholes no matter how old you are, you have one.
Besides they probably think they are helping. Hell I thought I knew everything when I was a teenager, just take it with a grain of salt and appreciate the fact they are trying to help.

you just got to sort out the trash. you can tell the good answers from the bad, but i have to say that some adult answers are complete crap. If you know the subject you should answer but if you don't then don't.
