i have had the battery and starter tested. i have also changed the nutral safty switch. i am at a lose because the manule i bought dose not cover any thing else.

No crank no start or cranks and still does not start? Model? engine size. I would have to think the ignition switch feels normal turn then dash lights warning lights turn on then you keep turning to crank nothing happens. Try tilting the steering wheel down and up then turn key? Starter switch possibility?

I had a 91 caddie with similar problems. Does it turn over at all or is it dead period?

have you tested the ignition, timing, coil, or packs? How about the control modular?
