He's not hitting on you but he stares at your feminine body parts (sounds like sexual harassment to me). Next time you catch him staring at your chest ask him if he noticed that ketchup stain on your collar (this will call his attention to the fact that you NOTICED him looking, without being accusing). If he stares at you from afar alot (in which case you can't tell what part of your anatomy he's gazing at) approach him and ask him if you're doing something wrong, because you noticed him watching you and you were just wondering if there was something bothering him about the way you work? If it doesn't stop call it to the attention of another female co-worker (not in a gossipy way, more like you have a case against him if he ever tries to throw this back on YOU being the one who's being inappropriate), or talk to his supervisor, if that's possible (I know that some supervisors are hard to reach people, they are never around, and when they are they are usually guarded closely by the people you would consider your boss(es)). Anyway, good luck, I think if you feel uncomfortable about his staring you need to speak up.

in case you're at a small company you're in all possibility screwed...in case you're at a huge company all of them have very company anti harassment (sexual and different clever) regulations...bypass talk over with an HR rep and clarify what the subject is and ask for recommendations. in case you have not got a human ingredients or an ethics officer, I recommend if he's the boss with the spectacular observe, nicely then all i will recommend is a few bras that relatively flatten your boobs...i had a GF that grew to become into 38D (after a boob interest) and he or she have been given numerous stares at artwork she went to a game bra to flatten her out during artwork...good success

Tell him that when he stares at you, it effects your productivity and concentration at work. If he continues, talk about it with other co-workers to see if there are any other staff with the same problem and try to approach him together with your request for respect in the workplace.
If that doesn't work, ask him out for dinner.

I know how you feel, my boss does the same thing ,and I'm very sick of it. Why do men have to be like that.? His wife is my friend and I wonder should I tell her about him. I don't know what to do. Are you going to stop working there? Are you going to fine a new job?

Stare back with attitude...let him know you're not into it. Or if he's looking at your breasts, duck your head down and demand eye contact. Put him in his place. He'll eventually get the picture if you remain confident and professional.

Ask him to please stop staring at your breasts. That's easier said than done. You feel kind of awkward like you're being rude, but you have to do it.
