I believe that any outfits you think that is cute on yourself is the one to go by. All people are different with different taste so why go by what other people think and just go by what you think. Only you know your body and style so go by what you like b'cause that's what makes you, is YOU.

I beleive that the outfit that will catch peoples eyes is a skirt but a cute one that says flirty but not a slut....um some type of well fitted tight at the waist type of shirt not sure if that doesn't worksome nice jeans that are well fitted meaning tight... and a cute flirty shirt...hair down blowdryied straightened.

I see many girls wearing the short shorts, like a Forever 21 brand or so, and then they put different color leggings under them with a cute blouse.

Try army clothes those are really in style. Or you can also try capris with a cute tank. Try mixmatching army shirts & capris.
