Yes! If you can learn to use a liquid eyeliner, then Revlon, or Cover girl makes a good eyeliner. I believe Liquid eyeliner will last quite a bit longer, just apply two coats. This sound silly but Mary Kate, and Ashley, also has great make-up cheap. If you want to spend a Little more, MAC makeup, has a matt finish eyeliner, that you apply with a brush. It is more expensive, but it WILL last you 1yr or more.

Good luck with that I have used various types but I now use and like the Mary Kay products. Plus if you are not happy you get your money back as or the rep or at least my rep will work with me. You should find a consultant in your area for a make over.

I use a pencil one I picked up at Walgreen's for about $3. It is N.Y.C. Brand and works far better than the more expensive ones I bought. Not only that, but they last a long time as well.

I concur with florie regarding Mary Kay's MK Signature eyeliner. It is Mary Kay's corporate policy to grant full refunds to unsatisfied consumers. In the unlikely event you would need to obtain a refund on a Mary Kay product, first contact your independent beauty consultant for a refund. If she/he (yes, there ARE male Mary Kay beauty consultants!) is no longer with the company and you have your receipt, just return it with the unused product to the company. Just contact 1-800-MARY KAY for details on obtaining a refund. For more information on Mary Kay products or to obtain an independent beauty consultant in your area, visit www.marykay.com.

Good luck!

I love Benefit's Babe Cakes - they are cake eyeliner that you add a drop of water or sealer, make a paste & line away. They're a little pricey, but last forever.

i don't wear much eyeliner, but i've heard that stila "smudgepots" are *amazing* for that. (you use a brush to apply) i think they're under $20 (maybe about $15? i really don't remember) at sephora.
