You can say, I have a hard time letting less than excellent work go out, and sometimes make work a higher priority than home.
I sure hope that is not true, though (about home life). Who's to judge? Sounds a little like self-criticism, but really is a sales pitch.

I can be a bit stubborn and set in my ways. Oops...I should have read the whole thing before I answered.....
In a job interview, I would say that I was a bit of a perfectionist.

Don't actually give them any unfavorable qualities. You have to find a way to turn a negative into a positive. Look on hotjobs or monster for tips.

When I interview candidates, I always look for honesty and integrity. If a candidate can't give me 3 of his weaknesses, that tells me that he is either full of himself, can't make an un-biased assessment in crunch time, and/or not being honest.

I would make a joke. I would say " Is where I say I work too hard? Seriously, I don't get allot of negative feedback. You are welcome to ask my references when you call."
They aren't actually looking to see what you will say, they want to know how you react to pressure.
