I do not use bad language at all. Thanks for asking!!
Somehow highly educated people that use bad language seem like they have no education, to say the least. I usually make great first impressions on people I meet and not only make a good impression I keep it overtime as well. I admire people who avoid using bad language, that shows discipline and a respectful attitude toward themselves and others.

Probably 3-4, it depends on the day and my mood, 5 on my worst day. I probably shouldn't, but it's a lot easier to swear than to think of an overly detailed subsititue. I say what I mean, and if I say I've had a *bleepin'* bad day, I did have a terrible day. (Yes, I realize the irony and I really don't care) Swear words help me defuse my anger out in a nonharmful way instead of bottling everything up inside.
However if there are little kids swearing, that bothers me. I waited to swear until I was a teenager, and it was that much sweeter. You have to earn the right to swear, and that comes with being a teenager.

Probably a 2. If you have a decent vocabulary, why would anyone persist in using the same few words over and over again, when there are so many others to describe how you are feeling? I assume that those who swear all the time, do it, because they havent got very good communication skills or respect for others.

I consider " bad language" just a normal part of todays English language. Whether it comes from a young person or an adult. I would say I am probably about a 3.

The fact that I have a potty mouth bothered me to the point where I decided to make a swear jar. I didn't have a problem not swearing because in the 2 weeks I was committed to it I only shelled out $1.50(.25 per curse word). You'd think your life wouldn't be that hard losing JUST 4-5 words from your vocabulary....but it is.....especially if your as cynical as I am. Needless to say I'm back to cursing, but I intend on quiting for ever one day!! Pray for me.

Honestly like a 1. Swearing is sin, and I made this promise with myself to stop swearing. Honestly stopping is really not too hard if anyone out there is trying. Basically just think of other words to replace the bad ones with.
God bless

I would say -1...A lady verbally attacked me once for absolutely no reason whatsoever....she used the f_ word at least 5x in one sentence...in front of my kids and other kids...I just stayed calm and told her that we don't ever use that kind of language...which made her even more mad...I think she was on drugs or something...she was standing in front of me hollering and I told her to be silent- assertively, but not aggressively...for her to stop talking that way...she soon retreated...I was sure she was gonna kick the coconut tree instead...there were too many tourists around us...she had absolutely no reason to attack me verbally or physically...she was assuming something...while she was hollering I told her that I wasn't doing what she implied...Yup,...I think that if I started using foul language, too we would have both ended in jail...me jail????..hahahahha...I won't even use the word dam_....I say "dang" instead....but I do fight physically if necessary...my Dad was my sensei (bless His soul).

It depends on the situation and where I am but I think probably around a 3. With some people I hardly ever use profanity but with others who use it vigorously I tend to respond similarly for the sake of communication.

I'd give myself a 1.5 - some days can be a 10 but most days hover around 1 or 2.
