In the state of death! In that state you can be unemployed anywhere in the world and be of no problem to anyone....so if you are alive and healthy, GET A JOB!!

Oregon, but you have to pass a drug test to get state
assistance. My girlfriend lives there and she and her
daughter are well taken care of, especially medically
her daughter had back surgery from a more prominent
doctor than the one I had with a job and insurance, living
in Las Vegas. go figure.
