my question is because of this i'm being treated for severe depression and can't work , how will the judge look at this?

i feel sorry for you but if a guy wants you nothing can keep him away, if he doesn't want you nothing can make him stay. if you want a divorce you want a divorce it isn't up to the judge and if hes lying to you that says alot.

I do not think that it will make any difference. Divorce is a very hard thing to deal with. It will get better though your depression will go away once you get rid of your cheating husband. You will be alright. Get a lot of support from family and friends. You need to find somebody that you can trust to talk about your feelings. Being a religious person helps. It will give you a lot of strength and guidance. Get your finances together. Open a new account. You need to have a credit line to start. If everything is in your husband's name you are hosed. Do it while you are ahead of him. Be strong. Those feelings you are experiencing is normal. It is worst than losing somebody. You will be alright it gets better in time. Goodluck.
