make her a meal, give her a neck and back rub or even a foot rub, get her some good chocolate, offer to go for a walk with her, or rent some funny movies to watch with her. What ever you do make sure she is willing to go along with it.

I am going to tell you now and you may not understand it because of your age, but ...
A period is normal. There is nothing that you should have to do special for her every month.
Dont buy into the pain, the irritability, etc.
If you support it from her, it will only get worse.
When you are older, a period is a time for celebration because you are not pregnant and that is it.
You should toughen up a bit. You can be kind, but it sounds like gf is learning how to walk all over you.

A nice hot bubble bath, with a glass of champagne and a cozy, freshly-made bed with lots of hugs and a good book to read together.
