Soak it in Vinegar.
Some people are more susceptible than others.
I haven't ever had a problem but the guys say washing with vinegar works.

Portland cement is very caustic and causes burns. Antibiotics will not help this sort of thing. Unless you actually had part of your foor exposed to concrete it may have nothing to do with that. The blister might be from something else. Maybe even a problem with the shoes.

One time a long time ago in a galaxy far far away I noticed that all my socks were getting the same small hole right in the bottom of the heel. I thought that was fairly odd. So one day on impulse I decided to look at the bottom of my foot. To my surprise there was a hole in the bottom of my heel too! Finally I looked in the bottom of my shoe, and saw a single nail from the heel had poked through the inside and whenever I wore that shoe it was sticking into my heel.

So... the blister on your foot might be from something you do not yet suspect and may have nothing to do with the concrete. Think outside the box.

When I was like 3 I walked into a coffee table and broke my nose. Also me and my sister were like play-kickboxing and she kicked my hand and broke my thumb. But the funniest I've heard was a few years ago my mom went down a water slide and broke her tailbone when it hit the stopper at the top lol EDIT: I just thought of another. During Spring Training I was looking at players on the MLB DL and I saw Kaz Matsui was out due to an ANAL RUPTURE. The dude had a rip in his a.ss lmao

Clean the affected area completely. Apply an anti-biotic ointment duly prescribed by a doctor. It will heal in a few days.

It may not be bacterial. It may be chemical. Concrete has a pH factor that is almost the same as Drano.
