Mercy! Must be Friday is smartass night! Women follow their instincts and emotions. Men tend to rely on concrete evidence, things they can actually see, or touch, etc. They are mostly sense oriented (and not as in commonsense) but things they can see, or logically reason out. Women are able to see above the logic, they use their intuition. Men tend to ignore their intuition or gut instincts, whereas women have relied on theirs since the beginning. Men tend not to hold grudges the way women do. Ever notice how two guys will fight or scream at each other, and then the next day they're buddies again, like nothing ever happened? They get it out in the open, duke it out if need be, and it's over and done with. Women tend to carry grudges for a while. I guess it's because we were never really allowed to openly express anger or agression; it just wasn't feminine. Unless of course, you were protecting your children. I guess it's men think, and then act. Women feel, and then act.

Generally, men think linearly, A leads to B causing C with a conclusion of D. While women think in terms of relationships, not neccesarrily social ones, A is like B and C, and D has something in common with E and F. Another major difference is that men think analytically and women intuitively.
Of course, this is all generalizations, there are many right-brained women and left-brained men that break these molds, but its true for the average case.

Well someone wrote a book about this subject titled, "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus." It explains how each sex interprets the same thing differently. Pretty interesting and recommended reading for everybody...you do learn something and have a good laugh in the meantime.

Women think with their hearts and think things through over and over. Men just go for it and deal with the mistakes and consequences. women are more rational

A woman thinks with her heart and I suppose many men do too. But I believe a man initially will think with his d ick first. That is in love in all other things I think they delve a little more then men.
