When a woman's hymen is ruptured during penetration, how much bleeding is normal? What about a lot of blood at first and light bleeding throughout the night and next day?

It is not supposed to bleed at the first place. The hymen is just a piece of thin thissue. If it is ruptured, only a minute amount of blood is produces which is not even noticeable. It can also be broken even with just strenous activities like biking, horse backriding. A girl who bleeds a lot after is NOT normal. It could be the her cervix was hit and the part of it was damaged. So guys should be careful about. It does not necessarily means that when a girl bleeds, she is virgin.Guys are the ones that get the mistake of not doing it right. Actually, the measure of virginity is still debatable.Hope this helps.

that's sounds about right, I'm sure it's going to vary greatly though. I've had two virgins and one of them bled a little but didn't really complain and the other bled like a stuck pig, and cried, and we had to stop, it wasn't really an enjoyable experiance. It's actually greek tradition for the grooms mother to want to see the blood stained sheets after the wedding night, to be sure the woman her son married was a virgin.

My best friend did not bleed although she can feel her hymen break and in a lot of pain. After finish, her bf still don't know she was a virgin because she never tell him, he just keep telling her that she is very very tight.
