ok, i did that when i was a young girl, i remember clearly on several occasions seeing my own body when i sleep. it really scared me , i was very scared that i would not be able to get back. now i am a master at controlling my dreams. if they go bad i am able to tell myself that i am dreaming and change the events in the dream or wake myself up, or even just calm myself enough to finish the dream.

i recommend that you should research this site for more info on dreams and astral projection, telepathy, etc.

I had O.B.E's *Out of Body Experiences* every night until I turned 11, and now it only happens once in a while. I'm always in a state somewhere between sleep and consciousness, and it's always the same dream. It ends with me looking down at myself lying in my bed, and then my "spirit" falls into myself, and I wake up exactly as how I saw myself in the dream.
I'm not sure how you can stop it. . .For me, it never really stopped, it's just dormant. If there's something in your life right now that you're having trouble with, such as a conflict or a life-changing decision, it might be your way of "escaping" the conflict. If that's not the case, I'm not sure what will help.

Wow. Same stuff happened to me but I felt paralyzed, completely and utterly paralyzed for a while. Then started to see myself float above my bed. I grabbed on to my pole and wouldnt let go!! I though I was possesed and hung rosarys all over my bed! After doing some research its called ASTRAL PROJECTION! theres actually books on it and people practice it! Personally for me I hope it never happens it again.. but it does happen and I hear if you let loose you can travel anywhere in the world. Its basically your spirit doing what it pleases and you are very aware of it! Not sure if this is whats happening to you but I suject goggle'ing it !!

Now why would you want to do that . not to scare you more but almost everybody does that automatically when they sleep .they just don't remember it and write them off as silly dreams.
There are ways to control it though. read some books on the subject and you will see there's nothing to be afraid of .
If you are going thru puberty then you may have a high incidence of this type of thing that will fade as you get older.
If you learn to control it you can take many cheap vacations to places you might not be able to afford to go to in the flesh.

Yes, you can change you thinking, buy not accepting the images that you are see, it is appartent that you believe in them therefore now you must reverse that belief with strong and determined statements that you refuse to accept the manifestation of any experience except that which you chose. Then you must hold steadfast to your belief that you are in control of the energy that is flowing to and from your and that space about you, you must also protect yourself from unwanted imagines by mentalling seeing a blue light that is encirlcing you completly at all times, it will hold you safe from all unwanted though forces other than those you wish to accept into your being.

generally when this happens to me, i am under a lot of stress, and my mind is trying to take a break, to work some things out. but my body still goes through the motions, so that i don't just disappear and cause myself more stress in the end.

How could you see your body walking away if you are having an OBE??? You're suppose to see your body lying on the bed or something. Are you sure you weren't dreaming this? I had an OBE and it's impossible to see yourself walking away, duh!
