I'm looking for premium headphones to get the best possible sound from my ipod. It would be even better if they were retractable to prevent the wires getting tangled up. Any advice please?

Ive tried about 20 headphones and the standard ones were the best. Stick with those.

Try the ones from Shure. You can sample at Apple store or any Best Buy.
