I never knew what it meant til I moved to NC. An african american I was working called another african american that name and I was like hmm what does that mean, and he told me. I was like yikes, how bad!
its a bad board used to describe african americans or as I see it, describing anyone who lounges on a sofa infront of the apartments or on the porch of their trailers
