I'd have to say Homer because at least he has an intelligent daughter that COULD point him in the right direction. As for his policies, weekends shoudl be Sat-Mon, every Tuesday would be free doughnut day around the country, Wed-Thurs would be dollar beer days, and Friday would be Ribwich day. Also, the duff beer factory would have to be right next to the white house. And Maggie would FINALLY SAY A DAMN WORD TO HIM!!! LOL.....

This question is different. I rather like it. You should get a couple points for originality.
You are a bit behind the times. LOL
Didn't you know Homer Simpson changed his name to George W. Bush. He is the President as we speak, Peter Griffin was renamed Dick Cheney, and Zapp Brannigan, Donald Rumsfeld. So I'd have to say: None of the Above.
As for their policies, we already know they are failing miserably.
Truthfully, how many would want the job of cleaning up the mess made by the current administration? Why do you think so many are backing out of running. Lieberman, Hillary, are just a couple of them, more will follow. Just watch in the coming months. Maybe Bush won't have to amend the Constitution to remain in office. He may just win by default. Yikes!

Homer Simpson. He is too stupid to be of any danger.
Zapp Brannigan would have us in WW3 before the end of his inaugural address, or perhaps instead of it.
Peter has too many stupid plans and delusions of grandeur. But he is the funniest of the three choices.

Peter Griffin -
I don't know what his policies would be, but Stuey would be in the white house. I bet he could run this country rather well!
